Why was Fred Talbot at the Godlee ? To film for a feature as part of Granada Televisions "Granada Reports" The feature is called "Fred's Guide to the Galaxy" in which Fred Talbot will be highlighting a number of observatories and Astronomical Societies in the North West. The filming today was mainly about the discovery of the John Bevis Atlas at the Godlee last November. The screening of the filming was on Wednesday 6th May 1998.
